A goat is a tree is a rock is an ACLUer

Adamant in their quest to Leave Every Child Behind™ - at least, scholastically - the Anti-Christian Lunatics Union persuaded another moonbat excuse-for-a-judge today to all but declare the Theory - yes, I said Theory  - of Evolution as unchallenged fact.

"Adopted by the school board, funded by the money of taxpayers, and inserted by school personnel, the sticker conveys an impermissible message of endorsement and tells some citizens that they are political outsiders while telling others they are political insiders," U.S. District Judge Clarence Cooper said in his 44-page ruling.

So.  This fuckheaded oppressor-in-a-robe admits it.  It's not about the truth - that evolution's nothing more than a theory, a guess  (and not really an educated one, at that) as to how humanity came into existence.  It's not about that at all.  It's about that wonderful magic word that the politically asshatted correct types trot out when they want to get us right-thinkers to buy the patchouli oil they're selling:  inclusiveness   It's not fair  to exclude  some people just because they have a different viewpoint, even if that viewpoint is a crock of shit.

Oh, but there is  one exception to that policy:  They can exclude all the Christians they want.  Can't have those intolerants poisoning the hearts, minds and souls of The Chillllllrun™, y'know.  Wouldn't be good for "education".  Separation of church and state, you see. 

"This is a great day for Cobb County students," said attorney Michael Manely, who represented parents who brought the suit. "They're going to be permitted to learn science unadulterated by religious dogma."

"That is to say, unadulterated by the (sneer) Christians'  (/sneer) dogma.  (We can put in all of ours that we want.)"

Six parents of students and the American Civil Liberties Union had challenged the stickers in court, arguing they violated the constitutional separation of church and state.

Ah, yes.  "Separation of church and state".  The five words that have never  appeared in the United States Constitution.

In the meantime, the rights of Christians  - which are covered therein - get trampled by fucksticks like this on a daily basis.

The case was heard in federal court last November, where the school system defended the warning stickers as a show of tolerance, not religious activism as some parents claimed.

Probably a mistake here.  Those stickers should  have been defended as a reminder of the truth  - that evolution is a theory,   and still has not been proven.  (Nor will it, but that's another post...)

"The Cobb County school board is doing more than accommodating religion," Manely had argued during the trial. "They are promoting religious dogma to all students."

Oh, so facts and truth  now fall under the category of "religious dogma".  And I suppose that politically correct bullshit  now falls under the category of "facts and truth".
