Okay, so here we have the Flint Fatf**k, Mikey Moore-on, gonna broadcast his chock-filled-with-bulls**t crockumentary, Fear-and-Hate 9/11, on pay-per-view TV only a few days before the election.

Sure, it makes right-thinkers like you & I want to retch, but it's his right, correct?  Article I of the Bill of Rights (that's the First Amendment to you F-heads over at Demoscummic Underground) specifically gives Mikey Fatf**k the right to make an ass of himself, doesn't it?

But now here comes a company, Sinclair Broadcasting, that owns enough stations to cover about 25% of the nation's TV sets.  And they  wanna broadcast a documentary concerning Botox Boy and the war crimes he committed while in Vietnam.

Uh, you did  know Qerry served in Vietnam, didn't you?

Anyway, Sinclair's actions - which are every bit as covered under Article I as Avoirdupois A$$' are - have raised the hackles of Teddy (hic!) Kennedy and a few other Demoscum - because Teddy and his minions are now threatening Sinclair over the issue:

The Democratic National Committee planned to file a complaint with the Federal Election Commission on Tuesday contending that Sinclair's airing of the film should be considered an illegal in-kind contribution to President Bush's campaign. Also, 18 Democrat senators sent a letter to the Federal Communication Commission asking that it investigate whether Sinclair's plan was an improper use of public airwaves.

And, according to this story,

CNN reported this afternoon today that 20 senators had signed the letter to FCC Chairman Michael Powell and that it had identified 17, including Feinstein, Leahy, Kennedy, Durbin, Byron Dorgan of North Dakota, Jack Reed of Rhode Island, "Bill Nelson of Nebraska" (in reality there's a Bill Nelson of Florida and a Ben Nelson of Nebraska), Debbie Stabenow and Carl Levin of Michigan, Ron Wyden of Oregon, Bob Graham of Florida, Tim Johnson of South Dakota, Harry Reid of Nevada, Daniel Inouye of Hawaii, Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas, Ernest Hollings of South Carolina and Patty "Osama Mama" Murray of Washington.

So much for the First Amendment, eh, Demoscum?  So much for "freedom of speech".  It's perfectly okay with you F-tards when ol' Buffet Boy wants to outright lie  about President Bush - but let a broadcasting company air the truth about your  candidate and you want to shut 'em up, don't you?
