PFW:  You guys let Army  do that to you?

I don't believe it.  I actually got a PFW out of this weekend:

Arlington Heights 37, Western Hills 17
TCU 21, Army 17
Oklahoma 28, Texas Tech 13

Heights scored three touchdowns in a wild third quarter in defeating the Cougars.  Seems to be either feast or famine with those boys this year.

Oklahoma was workmanlike in dispatching the Red Raiders.  Only 28 points against a defense that gave up 35 to TCU.  My guess is that the Sooners were looking ahead to TU.

And speaking of college teams with a T and a U in their name - TCU should be flat-out embarrassed at their half-@$$ed first-half effort against the Black Knights of Army.  It was 17-0 at the end of the first quarter (!!!!!) and would have been far more had Bobby Ross continued to throw the ball.

If this is the best of which TCU is capable, after losing a game they should've won - then the Frog faithful had best get ready for 4-7.

We're back Friday for another go at it.  Meanwhile, Gary Patterson really ought to forego his radio program for some overtime...
