Are we being set up again?

Courtesy of the beloved Lady Spatula, comes an article in a publication called Women's Wall Street,  concerning a recent airline flight that might have been a dress rehersal for another 9/11.

This is something you ought to go read.  Do so now.

Move the goalposts on this  one, anti-war dipshits...

We said Hussein had weapons of mass destruction, didn't we?  We said he was trying to acquire nuclear weapons, didn't we?

You anti-war, anti-Bush bastards kept running around like Chicken Little, screeching "Where are the WMDs???  Where are the WMDs???".  Didn't you?

Read this and weep, you asshatted morons.  Game, set and fucking match.

BAGHDAD, July 21 (UPI) -- Iraqi security reportedly discovered three missiles carrying nuclear heads concealed in a concrete trench northwest of Baghdad, official sources said Wednesday.

I'm sorry, what did he say again, you ABB fucknozzles?  "Nuclear"???  Kinda puts the lie to your "No WMDs in Iraq" squealings, now doesn't it?

The official daily al-Sabah quoted the sources as saying the missiles were discovered in trenches near the city of Tikrit, the hometown of ousted Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.

Gee, imagine that.  Right there in the heart of the Sunni Triangle, where ol' Soddy could get to them at a moment's notice, if need be.

Where are your "No WMD" bleatings now,  dumbfucks?

(crickets chirping)

Yeah, I thought  so.

"The three missiles were discovered by chance when the Iraqi security forces captured former Baath party official Khoder al-Douri who revealed during interrogation the location of the missiles saying they carried nuclear heads," the sources said.

During an Iraqi interrogation?  Whaddya wanna bet they threatened al-Dipwad with a helluva lot more than wearing a thong for a hat, eh? (snicker)

They pointed out that the missiles were actually discovered in the trenches lying under six meters of concrete and designed in a way to unable sophisticated sensors from discovering nuclear radiation.

So now I think we can reasonably determine what Hussein was doing during that period after he'd kicked the UN inspectors out, can't we?

What's that, Demoscum???  I can't heeeeeeeeeaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrr yoooooooouuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!!

The sources said al-Douri, who is related to former Vice Chairman of the Iraq Revolution Council and Saddam's right-hand man Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri, was captured after Iraqi police intercepted an e-mail message in which he set a meeting with another former Baath official.

Three cheers for Iraqi IT!!!  Good on ya, fellow geekizoids!

The report could not be authenticated by the interior ministry or the national security department, but the paper noted Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshiar Zibari made a surprise request recently to Mohammed el-Baradei, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, to resume inspections for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

Oh, I think it'll be authenticated in short order, UPI.  I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you.

I can't wait for the ABB fucknozzles to try moving the goalposts on this  one... (chuckle)

UPDATE:  Hmmmm.  Looks like another false alarm, per this article in the Washington Times.

I'm dubious.  I'd like to know just what it was they found.  Whatever it was, I'm guessing it was still something banned by the 1991 cease-fire...

Update the 2nd:  And before you liberal bastards screech the first syllable of "GOTCHA!!!" - "Karen" Halliburtton, call your broom closet - you might want to tell me about that sarin gas that Saddam supposedly didn't have.

(more crickets)

Mm-hm.  Riiiiiiiight...
