MIAMI - And yes, Demoscum - this time, I'm talking to you bastards, too.

There's a bill in Congress right now that proposes to streamline the way that our troops acquire the materials they need to protect themselves out in the field.

This would enable them to fight more efficently and - surprise, surprise! - maybe even come home sooner, as a result, if said efficiency led to a quicker victory, say, in Iraq.  That is  what you Demoscum want, isn't it?????

UPDATE:  Yeah, you read the byline right.  I'm spending the weekend with my family.
