MIAMI - With all the bad news I've undergone recently, one thing has stood out like the proverbial lighthouse.
My beloved stepson was the best math student in his 5th-grade class this year. (Insert your standing ovation here - or else. (grin))
No, I didn't have anything to do with it - which is why he achieved champion standing, natch. (No, I'm not all that horrible mathematically, but my forté is spelling, grammar and the like)
I'm proud of him anyway. So's the rest of the Realm - if the Realm knows what's good for it. :-)
