Po' widdle baby
One of the principles by which I live, politically speaking, is this: Never give a liberal media loon an even break.
So when Timmy-boy Russert-Potato had his 10-minute Bush-bashing segment with Colon Bowel interrupted after it had gone half again longer than it was supposed to, with whom do you think I'm going to side?
Exactly. Powell aide Emily Miller did exactly what she should have done - ended the interview by giving po' widdle baby Timmy-boy a view of a palm tree.
And then - wouldn't you know it? - Colon Bowel wussed and caved in to little Timmy-boy, demanding the camera be focused on him and allowing Russert-Potato to finish his little Spanish Inquisition.
And the day after, Potatohead is still throwing a little tantrum:
"A taxpayer-paid employee interrupted an interview," an angry Russert said after the program.
You're damned right, Potato Boy, she did. And she was right to, too.
"Not in the United States of America, that's not supposed to go on.
Oh, really, Potato Ass? What say you tell me what part of the First Amendment says you can lie about how much time you need for an interview? You tell me where it says in that document that you can drone on and on and friggin' on ad infinitum, ad nauseam???
This is attempted news management gone berserk.
No, you assbiscuit, it was an attempt to keep the Secretary of Defense on schedule. You're damned lucky to have been granted the 10 minutes you agreed to in the first place.
Secretary Powell was really stand-up. He was a general and took charge."
No, pisspot, he caved in and played wussy-boy to your bullying. I'd've said, "ESAD, Potato Ass - you agreed to 10 minutes and that's what you got. Bugger off."
Russert could easily have edited out the embarrassing exchange but didn't. "It's part of the story," Russert explained defiantly.
Oh, heavens, no - not when you have such a golden opportunity to try to further embarrass the Bush Administration. Couldn't pass that up.
Dumb son-of-a-bitch...
