Unfinished business, fini
When I say I'm going to do something, I do my damndest to make sure I follow through on it.
When BlogSpeak exploded, a couple of comments had made their way onto the comments page of this entry. I had already responded to one of them, and was getting ready to respond to the other when BlogSpeak tanked.
Here, therefore, is the comment from Reginleif the Valkyrie that deserves a royal fisking. The blockquote is my reply to which she (she?) was responding:
We left "Leave it to Beaver" a long time ago - right along with stuff like being able to walk down a dark street at night, not having to have metal detectors at school entrances, the biggest problems in that school being talking in class and passing notes rather than drug abuse and pregnant teenagers...yeah, we're really better off, aren't we, asswipe?
Not to mention the cops saying, "Your husband smacked you around, honey? Well, go home and fix him a nice dinner, and maybe he'll treat you better."
Awwww, whassa matter, Reggie-poo? Bring back memories, does it? You probably should've been whacked upside the head by the cops, too.
I know you must have a fetish about tying one scenario to the other, but we're a civilized society and we really don't do things that way.
Besides - is it my fault you decided to marry someone who took such exception to feminoids like you who wanted to be men, too?
Or, "You got raped, sweetie? Well, maybe you should dress a bit more modestly."
Y'know what, bitch? That's actually more than a half-assed defense, regardless of the stink you femiNazis always raise about it. You sound like the woman who got a boob job, wore a low-cut Lycra© blouse, then bitched long and loud when men stared at her cleavage.
Granted, men need to have more self-control - and should rightly be severely punished if they commit rape (read that again before you whine about it) - but IYAM, a woman who dresses provacatively loses part of her right to bitch if she becomes the object of a man's attention. You don't want that attention, dammit, don't dress that way!
(Or, in the case of one woman whose story I read, "Aw, who'd want to rape you?", followed by returning to his paperwork and thenceforth ignoring her.)
You still can't tie the two together. The officer who did that should be taken out and severely horsewhipped.
Sorry to completely burst your fantasy bubble of me as an insensitive clod, but that vision is your problem, not mine.
Or anyone saying, "You had SEX before marriage!?"
Know what, bitch? That's actually a pretty good standard to uphold. I realize it clashes with your ideal of "Hell yeah, let me expose myself to a possible pregnancy I'm not ready for, plus untold pleathoras of STDs - what the hell, I'm a LIBERATED WOMYN!!!" - but if you want to be a slut, it's not my problem.
(Which might have been directed at me, as I have no intention of sharing my living space with anyone if I can avoid it, or of remaining "chaste and virtuous" until they put me in the ground.) "You whore!!"
That's okay, bytch. You give me the definite impression of a woman with whom few man would want to be, once they really got to know you.
Though, come to think of it, given your comments about your ex (I guess you've never heard the phrase "it takes two to tango" -- why exactly were you attracted to Steffi in the first place, may I ask, and why she to you?)
Y'know, I really don't think that's any of your business, trollop.
perhaps you'd prefer that wife-beating were still fine and dandy by the law of the land. I refrained from saying it in my previous comment, but since you feel free to fling invective at those who disagree with you, why should I be any better than you?
Certainly I'd advocate a law making it okay to beat the shit out of dumb fucks like you. Hell, I'd make it friggin' mandatory.
BTW, do you honestly think teenagers weren't getting preggers in high school?
Certainly you weren't. I doubt that anyone but desperate pocket-protector nerds came near you. (snicker)
The difference was that they either "got reputations" -- their boyfriends didn't, of course -- or they went to "visit an aunt" for the next nine months. (Cue the usual keening about the "innocent widdle unborn baaaayyyy-beeees!!!", not to mention much pompous intonation about "the gift of motherhood." Feh. I'd be at the return counter so fast it'd make your head spin.)
Oh, look, Denizens - a pro-abort. A pro-baby-butchering bitch. Isn't she cuuuuuuute???
Shame your mother didn't do the return counter thing with you. Coulda spared a lot of us the Tylenol from the resulting migraine at having to listen to your pathetic screeching.
Oh, and let me paste in something I found on Usenet recently:
Let's get one thing straight here, bitch: You can save your Tony Foresta act for your own pisspot blog (yeah, I've been there - and I'm not impressed). You can post links, or you can keep your mouth shut. Capice?
(Denizens, that does not apply to you guys - only the trolls and the troll-ettes like Reggie the D&D wannabe here.)
