First Amendment: Void where prohibited by law

The Founders must be...No, not must be.  The Founders are  turning over in their graves at this moment.

Four liberal treasonous assclowns and Sandy Day O'Conn-whore (con man? Conn-whore? Get it?) have allowed to happen what the United States Constitution - the document for which patriots and servicemen and servicewomen have fought, bled and died for over 225 years - said should never - NEVER  - happen.

Article I of the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution can't say it any more clearly: "Congress shall make no law...abridging the freedom of speech..." That's exactly what Congress has done - they've made a law abridging the freedom of speech; there's no tiptoeing around it this time...and the Supreme Whores of the United States have let them get away with it!

This law basically gives incumbent Congresscritters a free pass to say whatever they want, whenever they want - but just let us, the proletariat,  try to respond within 60 days of an election, and we're just SOL. Up Shit Creek with neither paddle nor toilet paper. We don't get to respond to them.  And if Candidate X-rated's affair with a young, nubile starlet gets discovered less than 60 days before the election, we can't comment on it. In other words, we no longer have freedom of speech, political or otherwise!

And this  time, we can't blame the Demoscum on this. This was a Republican failure from the very start. It was a Republican (albeit a royal asshole), John McCain, who introduced the legislation. (Yeah, "Soviet Russ" Feingold had his name on it too, but he, just like his Donk buddies, is irrelavant.) It passed a Republican Senate. And it was signed by a President who ran as a Republican.

Then it was rubber-stamped by an excuse-for-a-court who earlier had said that it was okay for a limp-wrist to butt-fuck another limp-wrist. And referenced international law,  rather than the Constitution they're supposed to interpret  to do it. An EFAC that earlier said that you could consider a college snot-nose's application based on race - in direct violation of the Fourteenth Amendment. An EFAC that has tried, in the past, to sharply curtail our right to defend ourselves and our families, in direct violation of Article II of the Bill of Rights. An EFAC that says that it's okay to butcher babies in the name of "Privacy!!!" Not to mention the actual  attempts to deny us our Fourth Amendment-protected right to be secure in our persons, houses, papers and effects.

(Memo to you Libertarians: Don't even  start with me on the War on Drugs. I'm not on your side on that, and I don't wanna hear it.)

Where's it gonna stop? What's the next  right that the High & Mighty (I'd use "Imperial", but Misha wouldn't like that) Socialist Congress is gonna decide we don't need? Troops quartered in our homes? Killing us without due process of law? Making whites go to the back of the bus? Forcing Kaiser Wilhelm von Slickmeister on us for an unconstitutional third term? What?

Up until now, I didn't own a firearm. I support Article II to the hilt, but never had need for a firearm of my own.

That may be about to change.

And I suggest to you to load up on as much ammunition as you can hold. Jefferson said that the tree of liberty needed to be watered from time to time with the blood of tyrants - and it's rapidly becoming time to fertilize.
