So here's People's Exhibit Number One that the animal-rights terrorists give not one flying fig about humans: There's a law in Californication where they charge you a fee to catch mice:


The Animal Protection Institute of Sacramento pushed the bill, which mandates anyone who takes furbearing mammals or non-game animals must purchase a trapping license by passing a complex test and paying a fee of $78.50, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

The Fish and Game Code 4005 defines non-game animals as including mice, rats, gophers and moles, the paper noted.

However, Scott Paulsen, chief of law enforcement for the Department of Fish and Game, said the law would not be enforced for personal use.


Well, given that mice and rats are...oh, what's the word I'm looking for? Unsanitary? Disease-ridden? A general health hazard?...would someone tell me why the fuck  this piece-of-shit law is enforced AT ALL???

Just this past week, a furry little cheese-muncher met his doom at my office. Seems he had mistaken the electrical cord of our Coke machine for a hunk of cheddar. So he gnawed away at the rubber, right up until he hit electrical wire.

Unfortunately for him...at the time, the machine was plugged in.

Now, if we'd been in Calinuttia, would there have been a fine? Jail time? And for whom? Us? One of our company functionaries? The vendor who operated the machine? Coca-Cola themselves? Oh, that  would've been choice, seeing Cali-El Stupido trying to throw the CEO of Coca-Cola in jail.
