Heterophobic asshat on the bench

As you all know, I am quite proud of my baby boy.

And, despite what I may think about his doublewide mother, it is my intention that he be brought up the best way we know how. We're going to see to it that he's brought up with a firm sense of morality - he's going to know what's right and what's wrong.

This puts some assnuggets in the sodomite community in a tizzy. And now we find that there's even such a bastard on a circuit bench in Colorado:


A Colorado mother is appealing a child custody decision in which a court barred her from teaching homosexuality is wrong.

Cheryl Clark, who says she is a Christian, has been ordered by Denver County Circuit Judge John W. Coughlin to "make sure that there is nothing in the religious upbringing or teaching that the minor child is exposed to that can be considered homophobic."


I'm a little confused here. It was my understanding that this son-of-a-bitch excuse-for-a-judge was required to have at least read  the Constitution before being given authority to interpret it.

Just what the Hell™ does he think "nor prohibit the free exercise thereof" means,  anyway???


The directive arose from the decision to award joint parenting responsibilities for her daughter to a practicing homosexual.

Staver explained to WorldNetDaily Clark and Elsey McLeod were in a lesbian relationship that broke up after Clark became a Christian and concluded homosexual behavior was wrong.

The Denver court gave McLeod joint custody of Clark's adopted daughter, Emma, even though McLeod had no legal relationship to the girl. It also, in conjunction with the ruling in favor of McLeod, said Clark cannot raise her child with any religious teaching or upbringing that is "homophobic."


Did you understand that? The child doesn't even belong  to the lesbian, and she thinks she has a God-given right to her!

The definition of "homophobic," Staver noted, is "all across the board," from being fearful of homosexuals to disagreeing with their lifestyle.

"It takes no stretch of the imagination to envision a judge finding the mother in contempt of court for merely teaching her daughter about the Biblical truths on homosexuality," he said.


Oh, it goes deeper than that nowadays. Even looking  at a heterophobe wrong is grouds for being accused of a hate crime!

Staver told WND he is not aware of any similar cases in the U.S., although there have been some in which a judge has told a parent not to say anything degrading about the other parent's lifestyle.

None, to his knowledge, however, have gone to the extent of Coughlin, issuing a directive that restricts a parent's religious practice.


Well, that's what this pissweasel on the bench has done.

If I were that mother, I'd tell that pissant what to go do with himself, then I'd make sure to send my kid somewhere that the apeshit couldn't find him. No asshat is going to tell either me or Skip's mother how to raise him - and that should be what Clark tells this bastard Coughlin.

Looks like there's a problem with the comments section. HTML functionality is gone - meaning that, if a comment is big enough, it looks like one giant paragraph.

I imagine Harry at BlogSpeak is working on it, but I don't know when it'll be corrected. And if it isn't  any time soon, it may be time for a new comment provider...

Yeah, I have the candy at home, all ready to pass out.

Masks aren't really all that necessary - my face would tend to stop a freight train. (grin)

But I stopped celebrating this "Halloween" holiday years ago. When push comes to shove, it's a pagan holiday - and, as the pagan anti-Christian bigots seem not to want to grant me my right to publicly celebrate Christmas (or Easter, for that matter), I choose to respond in kind.

Wiccans, take your solstice and shove it up your ass. When I can have my nativity scenes back, you can have your Halloween again.
