Or maybe he's really not that great a quarterback...

Back during the fallout of the John Rocker-Sports Illustrated episode - and for a very long time afterwards - I asked the question of every liberal would-be sports-pundit buffoon whom I caught trying to rip Rocker a new one.

And I always asked them the same question. To this day, no one has ever given me a satisfactory answer to the question. Oh, a couple tried - but the answers they gave weren't all that great. And to this day, one sports columnist still hasn't even tried to answer the question (Tim Cowlishaw of the Dullest Moaning Snooze, call your office).

The question: What did John Rocker say in the interview that wasn't true?

I went on that subway. It was exactly as he described it. And I've walked Times Square. I heard maybe a conversation or two in English - hard to tell, with that dialect - but I heard more than my share of conversations in foreign tongues.

And a lot of times when I'm caught behind a pokey-assed driver in the fast lane on the freeway, it's an Asian woman. Not every time, but a lot of times. Seem to remember that's what Rocker said.

Now, by the same token, I'm wondering what it was that Rush Limbaugh said that wasn't true:

"Sorry to say this, I don't think he's been that good from the get-go," Limbaugh said. "I think what we've had here is a little social concern in the NFL. The media has been very desirous that a black quarterback do well. There is a little hope invested in McNabb, and he got a lot of credit for the performance of this team that he didn't deserve. The defense carried this team."

Well? Rush is right - again. The defense, for many years if you must know, has carried this team. McNabb has been good, but certainly not great; otherwise, why has this team not been to the Super Bowl during his tenure, despite the monster defense?

Oh, but don't suggest to McWhiner that he might not be the next coming of Doug Williams. He doesn't take criticism too well:

"It's somewhat shocking to hear that on national TV from him," McNabb said Wednesday. "It's not something that I can sit here and say won't bother me."

Well, then, McDumbass, try completing more passes. Try winning more games.

Try beating Tampa Bay. (snicker)

McNabb said someone on the show should have taken on Limbaugh. Among the panelists are ex-players Michael Irvin and Tom Jackson, both of whom are black.

"I'm not pointing at anyone but someone should have said it," McNabb said of the panelists, who also include former quarterback Steve Young. "I wouldn't have cared if it was the cameraman."

Maybe you should get your mommy, McCrybaby. You know, the fat-assed bitch who thinks it's real funny to interrupt your cologne shoot in that Chunky Soup commercial, then thought it was a scream to spray seltzer water in the director's face during that spot.

Or maybe the both of you need to be bitch-slapped.

"I really don't want to see him," McNabb said. "You can say you're sorry all you want, it doesn't matter. It's been said."

Well, that's good, McSniveler, because none is forthcoming.

Even if Rush does apologize, I'm saying he's spot-on, and I won't apologize. Deal with it.

The extent of the controversy became more evident when Democratic presidential candidate Wesley Clark urged ESPN to fire Limbaugh. Clark, a retired Army general who entered the race Sept. 17, called the remarks "hateful and ignorant speech."

The NAACP also condemned Limbaugh's remarks, calling them "bigoted and ignorant," and called for the network to fire Limbaugh or at least provide an opposing point of view on the show.

Coming from bastards who are themselves hateful, bigoted and ignorant, that doesn't exactly shock the hell out of me, y'know?

Look. In this era of the Rrrrrrrrev'r'nnnnnnnd Ja'cks'nnnnnnnnn browbeating and threatening people with lawsuits if they don't give blacks that which they've not earned to begin with; in this age where the NFL has a rule that you have to interview a minority for any vacant coaching position - and when you try and none will, then you still get fined six digits - is it not reasonable to conclude that the media, which according to Lichter and Rothman is well over 80% liberal (if not 90%), would want a black quarterback to succeed so they could perpetuate their bullshit that blacks are getting a raw deal in the NFL? This despite the fact that there are an overwhelming number of them already in the NFL?

I don't suppose Weasely or the NAA(L)CP ever thought of that, did they?

Morons, all of 'em...

UPDATE: I just found out that Rush resigned from ESPN.

I am really pissed now.

At Rush.

Where the hell's the spine, Limbaugh? WTF is wrong with telling Weasely, McCrybaby and the NAA(L)CP to go shove it up their collective ass?

Damn, weenies make me wanna puke...

Ye' bork de' skewuuuuu...
